The day before my wife birthday (yesterday) morning I Googled places in the area to habe her a gift basket amd balloons delivered and I came across and chose "signature "! During the call the woman specifically asked me "what time does my wife get to work ?" I told her 8am! She responded amd said it'll be deliver3d between 8-10am. I then gave her my card info and requested a picture of the finish3d basket amd was promised twice to receive one. Now today om my wife's birthday, it is 10:18am...and I have yet to receive any picture or confirmation of it being delivered! I wipp not be returning for future gifts! Bad business!

Wow! I was blown away by the customer service at Signature Baskets! I live on the other side of the country and the folks here helped me get a beautiful plant to my sister for her birthday. They we even so kind as to send me photos of what they had in stock so I could choose. I will 100% order from them again. Thank you so much for making our day!

I ordered a flower arrangement to put on my Moms casket the day before visitation along with boutonnires. They did an excellent job. The flowers were beautiful and delivered before noon. I would highly recommend this florist.
