Unfortunately, I recently experienced some storm damage to my home, as well as to my rental property. I immediately knew to call Jordan with Specialized Restoration Solutions since Jordan had provided restoration services to several of my properties in the past. He was very professional and helpful in many ways . Jordan assessed the damage thoroughly and it was evident that he was experienced and highly knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he carefully explained the procedures that would be necessary to restore the damage to my properties. Specialized Restoration Solutions did an excellent job responding to and managing a recent emergency services and water damage loss resulting from an insurance-covered roof leak experienced by a family member. Jordan was very responsive, communicative, up-front, and advocated tirelessly to ensure sure that the insurance company provided the compensation that they owed due to the loss. It was evident from the moment he stepped on-site that he was knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to restoring stability in the midst of the disaster.
