        I had problems with my insurance.i came to ez auto and Becca was very knowledgeable with insurance, and she took her time to explain all the best options. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to her for their insurance needs.

        A couple of days ago I called for a simple quote. I cant remember her name maybe Becca but I was asked for all my info for the quote and that I would receive a call back shortly. That was at around 1 pm. The day had passed, no call back. So I thought maybe they are busy, Ill just check in the next day. The next day I called at around 9 am. I was told that they were working on it and will call back. Still no call back. I just hope that they arent doing anything with my information or identity, this is frustrating!
