        Laura was great to work with and did everything over the phone for me. Saved me a ton of money on my car and home insurance with even better coverage. Definitely recommend!

        Our family farm was hit be a F2 tornado in early November 2022. We could not be more pleased with Laura Eckert and her team at Arkansas Farm Bureau in Arkadelphia as they have helped us put our home back together. The storm hit on a Friday night and Laura called us from her home Saturday morning to make sure we were safe. Within 72 hours, Jason Pye, our adjuster was at the farm walking through the rubble and damage with us. I will say I was not surprised by the professionalism of this team as they have taken care of us from the moment we became Farm Bureau customers. I cannot put into words how refreshing it is to talk to a person, a person who genuinely cares about you, rather than an auto attendant! I highly recommend Laura Eckert and Arkansas Farm Bureau. They will have a customer for life with my family.
