        Lied to by 3 different people about the child tax credit. Refunded the money for the "storage fee". Never got it. Told by management, "it's not their problem, what do we want them to do about it". They claim to get training but apparently don't listen to it, or follow the rules. Lied to about how much it would be to file. Supposed to be $59, ended up paying almost $500. DO NOT RECOMMEND anymore. Up to last year never had a problem. The last 2 years had nothing but problems.
