        The food was hot and fresh- that what earned the stars. The fries were crisp and hot. I ordered mobile and ran inside to use the restroom ( which was clean) and asked for my order inside. It was a long process - I should have went back outside and picked it up. It was a long wait- but my meal was delicious. The bun was so soft and tomato and lettuce fresh. The service lacked total friendliness. Hopefully it was just a bad day Because the food was worth the stop.

        I dont think I've ever been here and they get my order correct. Even when I tell them they made something wrong or left something out they are rude and don't offer to fix it.

        We drove through Burger King in Alma for the first time in over three years. I banned it when they started charging for water. The gal there at the time was a b#*/#.....she looked dirty and had a deep, scary voice. The gal today was very pleasant and sweet. Now....we will come back. Thank you Burger King.
