Not good communication from the start. Now my solar isnt working and have left messages and emails and no return calls to fix. After meeting with Katie on 1/19/22, she was very helpful in explaining how the solar works and how to read the APS bill . She represents the company well. Im going to change to 5 stars for Sunrate Energy but its SUNRUN who is the main company that you should be aware of. They are the ones that dont return calls or fix your system the way they are supposed to. Katie is going to work hard as a. Go between to get things done when I have a problem.

Excellent service. They came to my home and SunRate explained all the details. No sales pressure and answered all my questions. They kept me informed on the different steps in the installation process and they handled everything. If you are looking for solar, this company will take care of you. Tell them I sent ya. :)
