        I've been renting a unit for 10 years now. I don't have a lot of reason to interact with the office but when I called to inquire about emptying out my unit, I was able to speak with the NICEST staff member who was so kind, courteous and professional, I almost didn't want to end the call.

        Creepy, not to mention I emptied storage unit three weeks early and was told there would be no reimbursement. Never use this place again! Be careful when you search online I was very disappointed when I got here and saw the storage units.

        I've been renting here for a few months so far and they are always pleasant, it's clean, easy to access, and an all around positive experience. I called ahead the first time when I had to bring a monster size uhaul asking where to park or how to access. They said they'd be on the lookout for me and get the gate for me (not much parking in front), and it was open when I arrived and I parked and went inside to finish the business of renting a unit.

        I like it . We recently rented a storage unit, which is quite big. Nice, clean, and secure. However, we noticed damage on the door. Left side on the bottom. You'd think they inspect the or just a quick glance checking things out. The damage is on the outside and pretty wide when it comes to the frames. It really should be fixed.
