We are full timers and after 6 months in Yuma needed a list of repairs done as we prepared for our summer trip. Dallas, our service writer was gracious, informative and professional. All of the items on our list were repaired satisfactorily in one day. Many of us have both heard and experienced the horror stories of going to an RV service center. It was so refreshing to be treated with respect, in a professional manner, and having work done on our RV which met all of our expectations. If you need service to your RV I recommend RV World of Yuma. Thank you Dallas and crew for service the way it is supposed to be done. We will be back

We stopped to find a part and install. The lady in the parts department was very helpful and kind. Sadly her recommendation did not work in our favor. We did find an alternative and thank her for her time and kindness.
