Best place ever for braces

I have taken my 14 year old daughter and now my 10 year old son we drive from San Diego once a month to this orthodontist office. I believe they have 5 star Nordstrom service and the pricing is more reasonable than any other places I found, and I shop around. I would recommend this office to my children and anyone who care about having straight teeth.

Absolutely would not recommend this place!! I saw them for my braces in March of 2020, got them put on and then ended up only getting 3 adjustments before I moved back home a few sates away. I ended up paying $2500 for braces that didnt even help, and now, 3 years later, when I called them to get clarification on getting money back for said treatments because I didnt continue services with them, I was told they were nice for giving me discounts, and waving a $360 debt I apparently had with them, even though I have the email stating that I was clear of my debt. The reason she said she was nice was because any other orthodontist office would have sent to collections, even though I was told and have proof that I paid it off and I was continuing to get emails about it. I dont appreciate being told they were forgiving to me, when I didnt even know I owed them money in the first place! All I wanted was my money back, and instead I got an attitude from the manager and told Im should be grateful for them being nice. Go anywhere else, I know I would have 3 years ago if could change things.
