Today's Creative Nails

I paid $50 for two lines that arent even straight. Very rushed and nails shorter than wanted and they didnt want to fix it.

I was doing some camping and getting a little exercise in the desert for about a week so my feet were getting dry and had some calluses because it's been over a month since my last pedicure.  I had to mail a package and I was at the UPS shop next door and saw Today's Creative Nails so I went in.  I was able to soak my feet as they finished another woman's feet and the man was getting his feet worked on when I arrived.  I soaked for about 10 minutes and then the man who was working on the woman came over and started working on mine.  I didn't time him but he was done with my feet while the lady was still working on the man who was getting his pedicure when I arrived.  The man who did mine was in a hurry to get my shoes on me and get me on my way.  That evening when I removed my shoes my feet where still callused and rough.  I was so disappointed.  The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because the place was clean and the chairs are not worn out like in many of the other places I've been.  I would not go back!

Been going to this salon for about 1.5yrs & always kinda chaotic but they did a good job & I always left a very good tip 30%!!!! Today I go in & they're all rude to me & tell me I can't get into today! I called later & was told I could get in at 4pm. And I've made appointments in the past & they always make me wait because someone else books an appointment at the same time as me? Do they not have a computer on that desk in the front? So that's it folks. You just lost a hell of a good customer!!!!!

Very poor quality shellac, my nails were chipping the next day and very lumpy. I went in to get it fixed or see why that was happening(at this point I was very understanding and willing to work something out if it was a mistake they could have made in the nail process ) but no instead they got very defensive and the owners were talking back and forth very loud in their language and she was aggressively fixing my nails, the. Charged me . Very unapologetic and unprofessional.
