When we started the process of readying and listing a deceased aunt's property we had no idea what to do or to whom we should turn. We live over a thousand miles from Yuma and had no idea who or how to select a realtor as we had not done so in over fourty years. Going to the internet we found three realtors associated with a conservitive financial expert that shares our beliefs concerning money and finances. Thankfuly the one that stood out to us was Liz Ibarra ! We found Liz to be knowledgeable and very competent. She walked us through, both in person and from long distance all that we needed to know and do. Being locals, we had many, many people to choose from to sell our house. We decided to go with Liz because of her outstanding reputation. Liz was kind, patient, had great communication but most of all she worked incredibly hard to get our house sold for full asking price. 10/10 recommend Liz for all of your real estate needs!
