        The rooms are not new or fancy. They are scrupulously clean! The place is quiet and well maintained. I felt comfortable and safe though I was a woman traveling alone. The only thing that could be better was the mattress, though I realize it's impossible to please everyone on that score.

        Karen is the manager of the property. She's very responsive and super friendly. She checks on me frequently to make sure my stay is comfortable. Super happy with my experience and love Karen. Rooms: The room is like a studio type. You have a kitchenette. Karen lent me utensils and stuff to cook too. It was great! Nearby activities: The location is near the major road (32nd ave) and the hospital Yuma Regional Medical Center as well as other shopping centers.

        Great place to stay. I work on the road and the convenience of the kitchenette and full size refrigerator at a great price is reason enough for me to like it here. The staff is very thoughtful and always there when I need towels or a new key made since I tend to forget it alot!!!
