        Great service. Puntual, fast and efficient. Highly recommend for RV services in Yuma. We had them install a Duth Air cooling unit into a Norcold refridgerator.

        They arrived early. Looked at my furnace. They cant or wont repair on site. Wanted to cut structural metal studs to remove it. I told them no. They cut all the wires to the unit and put some wire connectors on. One wire actually had two wires leading to the thermostat that they assumed was one wire. They also were ready to leave before I asked if they had checked the propane fitting. She got back out of there van and checked only because I asked. They are dangerous. And they charge me $206.. I had to put the unit back in myself too!!

Since parts and components can go bad at anytime, returning to add newly failed part to your AC without charging you any additional trip fee or hourly rate is our way of securing your future business. What is most important is that your AC issues are now repaired.

      Dave, thank you for your review. We are a certified installer for all Dutch Air cooling units. The Dutch Air products are made by an Amish manufacturer in Elkhart, IN. The units are very well built and will last much longer than the Norcold replacement units. Your ice cream will now actually be frozen!

      Terry, we certainly understand your disappointment and wish there was a different outcome to your issue. Your furnace was completely barried behind your wet bay, between your drains and pex lines with no access from the outside or inside the coach. The only way to work on your unit is to remove it from the coach. We were making suggestions as to how to help you with your repair. Since you agreed that removal was the only option, we began to do so by capping off the LP and disconnecting the wires. We capped off the cut wires and tested for bubbles leaks from the LP line. We were discussing ways to remove the unit with you when you decided to try and fix it yourself. We did what you asked, only charged you for time and materials. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Performing repairs safely and in the best use of time and materials is just as important. We hope you where able to solve the problems without putting unnecessary parts in it as well as hours hooking it up...unhooking...testing...repeat. Laying on your stomach reaching over delicate pex fittings with no room to use tools is not a repair we will attempt. Hopefully you can understand our reasoning on the approach to this repair.
