Great place to stay, clean and quiet. We've stayed in more expensive places in Yuma and they were all noisy. They have a lite breakfast that was perfect for my wife and I. The staff was great and helpful. Going back to stay soon!

Stayed march 7-8th room 116
All night room 118 have loud party,even at one point there was a domestic dispute with man and woman,he screaming her name Erika,
Girlfriend could not sleep all night,in morning I want to tell lady at desk what's going on,she with attitude said well if that's true why didn't u say something in middle of night,vary not happy for her and odd she came to room 118 defence,
Desk lady was vary disrespectful how she took the complaint, definitely going up the ladder with this complaint,even man across hallway told her the noise issue,
Motel six don't even follow there guidelines for quality for people resting at night,
I'm extremely made at the receptionist more then room 118 now

Clean rooms and courteous staff. Breakfast was minimal with cereal and waffles ONLY!!!

WARNING!!! ladies BEWARE! My wife took our dog outside to go potty after she returned to the room about 10:00 PM clerk followed her to our room and started knocking on the door??? asking about the dog. The dog was in their computer at his desk, or they have room phones he could have called. Confronted the night manager. The next morning, he didn't understand English very well on what I was trying to explain to him finally he just said GO! GO! GO! and the elevator was broke down all week I know 3 flights of stairs are good exercise but lugging all your belongings and we had a wagon full to take it was really difficult. Last but not least after I checked out later in the day, I received my receipt it had a charge of $100 for a stained towel???
