I'd give 5 stars for caregiver Shannon P! Shannon P is the reason I worked so hard with the VA to have Homewatch as one of our VA options. Shannon P is very professional and extremely caring. She ensures my Father maintains his dignity while providing high quality care and has become like family. The reason for the four stars overall is that we went with another company to provide services for the rest of the 24/7 coverage my Dad requires due to the inconsistency of caregivers that were being provided when we started with the company.

I don't know what we would do without Pricilla, who is at Desert Rose, caring for my mother. She is patient, gentle, kind & knowledgeable in her field. We are so happy to have her helping mom.

I really like Priscilla. she's so helpful for me. she's kind and considerate and always comes in my room here at desert rose with a smile and makes me happy. I know that she loves what she does.
