      image They have no products at this store for wigs or extensions. That's quite disappointing for people going through cancer treatment.

      image The store Manager Martha was the reason my customer experience turned from fine to terrible. She wants everyone to know that she is the store manager and she makes the decisions. An item that was clearly on a shelf with other sale items turned out to not be on the sale. When I informed her that was confusing for the customer, she became rude and smug and wanted to argue. Literally told me I could go to another store and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. Ego-lead leadership is not the way to get business MARTHA!
