Do not to business with them horrible customer service! They came to my house to do an estimate and never got back to me. I had to message them to ask what happened to my estimate and they told me that I had to get the estimate from my adjuster and my adjuster told me that he wasnt supposed to get involved that I should get an estimate from then and if I like what I see I could authorize for then to do the work. I then emailed then back again and they told me that I was better off going with another company. They tried blaming my wife that she said that she didnt wanted them to do the restoration when in fact my wife never had contact with then at all! I widh I wouldve seen the horrible reviews from bad customer service they had before allowing them in my house. Unfortunately they were sent by the insurance company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
