Quality Inn Wickenburg

I just read all the acurate one star reviews and I have nothing to add except DO NOT GO IN THERE!!!!! After talking with the day time manager about our very "not working" night there, he compted out stay and returned our money and this is the only reason that I am not going to post all the pics of how dirty it was and how many things did not work like the everything for the most part. and the scary part is that they are seemingly always busy. Is this the new normal? I will not take my time to call their main corporate office and I will not take any more time to think about spending another penny with a company like this who apparently do not know what customer service is and what being a conscious business looks like. This establishment is a ripp off BIG TIME!! Noteworthy details: It felt like a was sleeping on the box springs. DIRTY........FALSE ADVERTISING.......unfriendly and rude office staff.....(the gal). FU attitude...What else can I say about a place that should not be allowed to get away with what they are getting away with! Check out all the google reviews..

Honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel itself is falling apart. The inside smelled disgusting and the room was even worse. We drove from spokane so we were tired when we came to town. Didn't know how horrible this place was. If I can help anybody, please DONT STAY HERE!! My daughter found sewer roaches in the lobby. Nasty place!!!!

There are not many choices in the area for accommodations. The hotel is dirty and smells in the rooms and common spaces. There was water all over the batroom floor from a leaking shower valve. The window had a massive crack, extending about two feet in diameter. Some electrical outlets did not work. I would avoid this place.

AWFUL! I wasted points for two rooms, but unfortunately had no other choice. Worst Choice Hotel I've stayed in!!! And, they didn't really seem to care. The stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a month. In the regular room, towels and wash cloths were dingy and yellowed. They also had makeup stains. The bath mat was so thin you could see through it. Pillow classes, were also dingy and yellow. The bathroom was gross with caulking and gross shower curtains. It also smelled heavily of smoke and chemicals. We opened the balcony door, but the screen was messed up and the curtains were disgusting and torn. The chair also had stains. The did give us smoke spray, but that just masked it. I didn't use the heating unit because it looked like there was dirt inside, etc. The suite had similar issues , but not quite as bad. I will never stay there again and do not recommend!
