      Welcome to Capital Farms Butcher Shop and Restaurant in Wickenburg, Arizona. Here we have premium beef local beef and the best hamburger and sandwich in Arizona. We only utilize our grass fed beef that we raise in the shop and kitchen. We utilize beef tallow on the grill and no other oils. Come taste the difference.BUTCHER SHOP: Premium Local beef, Local steak, roasts, handmade bratwurst, ground beef, jerky, ranch rasied beef, snacks, and basic provisions all in one place!LUNCH: served daily 11:00a til 2:00p. Burgers, roast beef sandwiches, BLT sandwiches along with weekly Specials! All of our ingredients are sourced mindfully and we aim to utilize local - in season fixings.
