Jen Chapman was an absolute dream to work with! She created a stunning, dynamic and very interactive website for our company. Jen gave us a big variety of template options to choose from, and was extremely patient with all our questions and concerns. We didn't have much experience with websites or understand many of the functions and terms that are familiar to web design professionals. She never made our questions seem ridiculous, even when we had to have functions of our site explained in basic terms. She walked us though every step of the info needed to create our design, gave helpful tips about blog writing, and continued to follow up every step of the way. Even though we weren't a huge project for her company, she made us feel taken care of every step of the way. Jen is very responsive, easy to contact and responds quickly to questions, phone calls or text. No detail is left unchecked and her follow through is truly impressive. We were so pleased with our website and her attention to her clients, that we've retained her as our website management. Her prices are reasonable, and service impeccable! Thank you, Jen!
