        This branch has some great staff. Alexandra helped me with opening a new account, and provided good personalized care. There are issues. They're low staffed, and only have one personal banker for HELOCs, auto loans, etc. I'm frustrated with the time frame, but I understand it's rough on employees when they don't get support from the top. The struggle is real. I hope these guys get some help soon.

        The website says that this branch is open on Saturday. It is not open on Saturday. I went in and asked about posting that it's not open and it seemed too complicated for them to do that. NOT OPEN SATURDAY.

        Every Chase worker at this branch are not knowledgeable.  The  drive thru ATM has not worked, but the reinforced lie that it was working makes this better.  9/21/22 at 5:22pm, there is no way to get money out of the chase atm.  I do not want to bank with Chase.  This business went down hill in the last ten years!

        Don't answer phone, dismissive attitude, condescending. On my most recent visit I got to stand in line with several other customers. We had the opportunity to listen to the tellers discuss the physical appearance and weight of the UPS drivers, rather then helping anyone.
