Plush Upholstery, LLC

I gave this company a $550 deposit for upholstery of 4 chairs. They could not perform the job and gave me the 4 chairs back. Said they are under hard times and could not give me my deposit back. It has now been 5 months and I am still trying to get my deposit returned. If you take someone's money as a deposit, and can NOT complete the job, do you NOT owe them their money back. I think this is a crime.

We brought our chairs to have seats and backs reupholstered. We did not expect that the wood would be refinished as well! The chairs (bought 1995) looked brand new, so we refinished the table as well. The service was great, the selection of fabrics was extensive, and the service was excellent. We could not be happier with their work, and recommend them highly.

My couch was very old, had stains, and was just very matted down. I knew the couch's build had quality however, so I ended up getting it re upholstered, rather than purchasing a new one. I took a bet with Plush, and I was extremely happy with the service that I paid for. They made quick work of my couch, and included extreme details to make it look brand new! They made all the lines line up, and made it way more comfortable to sit on! They kept me updated throughout the whole process as well. Just look at the before and after!

I had hired Matt to recover dining chairs and that ended up with 5 star result. He not only helped with ideas regarding the material but rebuilt the seat area so they are better than new!!I then hired Janelle to change my 1999 dining table.. And I must say amazing results.  She put her heart and soul into transforming the table into a masterpiece.... Thank you so much!!!!!!Don't settle for mediocre businesses when this diamond is ready to help.

I contacted Plush Upholstery to help stain a portion of my dining room table that got stripped.  I researched and found this business.  I tried to contact them and they didn't get back to me until 2 days later.  That should have been my first sign that they were completely unreliable.  After finally getting a hold of someone we had made an appointment for her to come to my house on 12/29/2021 at 2:00.  I texted her 5 times the day prior as well as the day before that to verify that she was coming.  She never responded.  I waited around for her to show up at my house.  At 2:15 she still never showed.  I googled the business so I could see if there was an alternate phone number.  There was and so I called it.  A gentleman answered and I told him that someone was supposed to be at my house 15 minutes ago.  He said oh let me get Janelle on the phone.  She apologized that her Outlook was not working and she completely forgot.....understandable....however, this is where it goes from bad to worse.  She made arrangements to come at 4:30 and had me text her husband my address.  I did so right away and waited around expecting her to come at 4:30.  She NEVER CALLED AND NEVER SHOWED!!!  A complete flake.  It is the next day and I still have never heard from her again.  I am warning you to run and not walk away from this so called business.  They are the worst!!!
