The repair process was easy with good communication. The company policy for repair is to take the screen section, repair it, and reinstall. However they did not clean it. The original dirt and a few bugs are still on it. You would think a dealer who sells it then repairs it could at least reinstall a cleaned screen.

We just had our screen install completed. The whole process was easy and every person along the way was great. Carlos B. and Jacob performed the installation and they were awesome. They let us know when they were on the way. The finished job looks amazing and we are very happy with the craftsmanship. I especially appreciate how clean they were, utilizing canvas under the work area and under their chop saw. From a fellow home service tradesman, amazing job and thank you!

It has been about a month and we still haven't gotten an appointment   ItTook forever for them to call back. I guess they don't need any more business!
