Tucson Window and Door

After my very lengthy wait to receive my windows , I only received ten days to enjoy them and again the rain came. Even though my windows were new I still received rain in my house. I called Tucson window and doors they set me up with an appointment in a month. Couldnt keep that appointment due to the rain. Set up another appointment for another month later which will be in February.Received a call that morning telling me they need to reschedule they were short on manpower. Set another appointment date for March 19. They set me up with two windows on block walls in a wooden frame and secured it with Alex will, so we will see how long this lasts. So, guess this is apart of my life long warranty plan. I didnt mention instead of sending two men to do the job they only sent one.

My husband and I were looking for a five foot standard french door with glass, but I was open to several options or upgrades. The older gentleman that assisted us said that they're products we're way above and beyond, and it was a place for only very expensive fancy doors. I was shocked at his attitude he pretty much told us to leave. Awful customer service and showroom.

Shame on you Tucson Window & Door for such poor customer service! Your people do not respond to calls when messages are left. After spending over $12,000 for doors and windows it took five months to finally get the windows finished and two of the doors installed because the wrong size was ordered initially. We would have appreciated the curtesy of return calls with an updated ETA and other requested information.. Communication is paramount to customer relations. The best thing we got from your people was a referral for another vendor, whom we hired , that did a superior job. Your staff need to work on their people skills. This includes the installation team.
