Great experience with Naughtons on Prince. I live 2 hours away and drove to Tucson hoping I could find parts to hook up a portable washer in an old house. I originally went to Home Depot who said it wasn't possible and told me to try Naughtons. The staff at Naughtons are so knowledgeable and friendly. They figured out a simple solution in less than 5 minutes. I am very pleased with their knowledge and customer service.

Charged me $182 for a $58 cheap China made a.c. fan motor, with light duty wiring. The motor wouldn't run long enough to cool the house down. Of course I can't return it, they did offer a replacement, but why would I want another trash motor? The price is ridiculous. They charged over twice the value of the motor.

I have anemia and need heat well the service guy servicing 3521 n flowing wells told me its Az and in March I don't need heat well now my thermostat sparks when turning on to cool I have seen the same service guy bi weekly for 2 months and I'm still without air or heat and he told me don't worry its grounded well you aren't a physician and seem to not be a good representative in your job Naughton's

They have a ridiculous return policy of no more than 14 days and heaven for bid you lose the receipt because they don’t have any kind of digital tracking of any orders so they can look anything up and give you your money back. Poor business ethics and bad customer service after purchase I will speak with corporate and update as problem is ignored or solved. I have done tens of thousands of dollars in business with them over the years and it’s sad to see a loyal customer treated this way.

I drove 55 miles to get a part for my AC and when I arrived at 4:30 they were closed. They stated to me on the phone and their website says closed at 5. I was so upset to say the least . This is a place of business with set hours of operation and should hold to those hours. Some people like me might be depending on those hours to get what they need. I feel the employees need reprimanded for closing early and wonder if management knows that they closed early. Needless to say, I was unable to get the part to fix my AC so I will have to suffer in this heat until Monday when central Arizona supply opens and also needless to say that I will not do business with naughtons again and I suggest if you need anything from them in the afternoon not to bother driving to them.... Go some place else!!
