Levity Wellness Center

This was my first time trying Float. It was very unlike any previous experience I've had and I enjoyed it tremendously. I won't wait too long to go again. The feeling of calmness and peace was amazing. The Levity facility is not large but is very neat and clean. Jessica at the desk was very friendly and helpful, a real asset!

I recommend Levity to everyone! My husband & I discovered Levity Wellness a few years ago & have been devoted ever since. Cant say enough great things about the entire atmosphere & staff

I loved the float and sauna experience! It was my first time and I felt so comfortable. Everything was explained really thoroughly. The environment was very relaxing. I think this may be a regular thing for me!

First, I had a therapeutic stretch which needed so bad. I had been suffering with a kink in neck the pain we down my left shoulder and it hurt turn me head. Ada stretched my neck and worked that link out! Omg! I feel 100% better! Stretching is a must and honestly you just need someone else help you stretch beyond your comfort zone and Ada does.She is amazing! Secondly, I had a deep tissue massage which was amazing! Ive had a lot massages in my lifetime because like most of us we carry a lot of stress and tension on necks and lower backs. Ada delivered and worked the tension and stress right out. Deep tissue definitely!! Sometimes your request something and you dont receive and hate to keep askingnot so withAdashe delivered! Lastly, I did the float..I have always wanted to do a float after reading all the benefits of floating Most of us lack magnesium & this is one of the reasons for why I wanted to float to get good dose of magnesium (Lowers blood pressure, muscles cramps,, anxiety and stress, etc) I was a little apprehensive about being in the dark and feeling like everything was closing in on me but that was not the case. Once your laying in there you really have to give yourself permission to relax and let go. I did this by praying and giving all my cares, stresses over to God. I released everything over to him and just rested in that zone of knowing Hes got it! An hour was perfect for me.I truly came out the feeling stress free and relaxed, truly worth it. I highly recommend Levity Wellness. The staff treated us like royalty. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you!
