Reliant Well Drilling and Pump Corp

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Reliant Well Drilling and Pump Corporation, that performed a well service for a community well that I get water from. While I never personally hired this company, I have to say that my encounter with Channa, one of their representatives, was particularly unpleasant. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even resorted to screaming at me. What's worse, the company proceeded to begin the lien process against my property, even though the community well is not located on my parcel of land. I received a 20-day preliminary lien notice out of the blue, without any prior contact with the company before, during, or after the well work. When I spoke to Channa, she insisted that the community well was on my property, which is not true at all. It was clear that the company did not bother to do their research before initiating the lien process. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Their representative was rude and unprofessional, and they seemed to be quick to resort to begin the lien process without proper research or communication with property owners. It's a shame, as the well service they performed for the community may have been fine, but their business practices have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Highly recommend this company!! Quoted the best price in town. Very professional company. They had a problem but they were able to push foward and solve it and continued to finish the drilling.
