Quick and knowledgeable. My cat had trouble with her eye for weeks and I had an appointment for a specialist at the end of the month. Things got worse so I took her in to get checked out. We had a good idea of what was going on and the doctor recommended a course of action. I mentioned I couldn't afford that so she took her time and we discussed the most cost effective way to get my girl the treatment she needs.

Dr. Erlichman did an amazing job with my dog's entropian surgery. He feels and looks so much better. All of the staff were so patient with me asking so many questions, calling multiple times a week, and ensuring my big goof ball had a positive experience: they loved on him so much, which is rare for his size and breed (six times there, only one person on the entire team seemed uncomfortable). I appreciate everything they did, but hope we never have to see them again.
