At one point, I felt compelled to express my admiration for Carlos's exceptional service directly to his manager. His professionalism and commitment truly set him apart. The environment overall was comforting. There was no pressure in getting into something I didn't want just because the price was right. She worked with me on my time and was perfect with communication. Mikayla was more than amazing. She did everything she said she would with ease and made me feel like I was doing the right thing! She addressed and handled any type of issues speedily and with a great attitude. Thank you for everything Mikayla.

Just left from Chapman on Speedway and was there for nearly 45 minutes walking around the lot practically showing myself around. Not one single person came out to help, however a salesman decided to sip his coffee outside and watch. Doesnt seem like this dealership is interested in making a sale. Will be taking my business to another location.
