My loaded 08 unit broke down with a -10 load. A dealer told me I needed a compressor and looking for at least $6k expenses. Plus no dealer had the compressor gear that also needed to be changed. I saw a 2019 unit from these guys, texted them around 9pm with my case and they decided to show up early the next day before the hot sun and swapped the unit still loaded! My load was save!!!
