Working with Kim for the past year has been a refreshing experience. The pandemic threw travel plans into total chaos. Kim has been able to unscramble reservations for four different trips and reschedule one cruise for four couples with a major cruise line. She has secured refunds on some of our trips and travel vouchers on several others. When other travel agencies were going out of business, Kim stepped in and just gets results. She has a pleasant personality and never seems to get frazzled. It may seem like a small thing, but when I leave a voice message, Kim calls back... There are many choices but I come back to Medelberg's Travel Services every time because they get results.

We have used Kim and this service twice, once to Hawaii, island hopping, where she arranged our business class flights, and all but one of our accommodations. The one she didnt arrange was on the main island, when we stayed with a friend, special orders dont upset her! Everything she touched was just right. She gave us a trip where everything was arranged, and we felt like we were longtime friends of hers even though this was our first booking with her! I think she was amused by our lack of experience (we had only traveled in our or RV for more than ten years) and the whole Homeland Security experience was a shock to us, but she walked us through what we were going to have to do with our bags. This year as seasoned travelers we were prepared for our thru the panama canal cruise and 16 days on the road, right up until we were notified by text ON THE BUS EN ROUTE TO THE AIRPORT that our flight had been delayed and we were not going to be able to make our connecting flight! Kim to the rescue. We had a replacement flight before the bus got us to the right terminal for American, and with more than enough time to catch our connecting flight. The people on the bus that were within earshot were all amazed and saying THAT is why you use a travel agent, my reply was that is why I use THIS agent.
