PARKER'S PDQ TOWING 24/7

Just like a few other people's experience with this company, they withdrew the money for the tow shortly after hanging up the phone. They confirmed the money would not be deducted until after the service is complete and when I asked about it, they played dumb. More frustrating however, was the fact I scheduled a tow for 1pm and that I would meet the driver at that time. The driver did not show up til 2:45pm and when he did, he said he did not get the call until 2pm which was after I called PDQ towing multiple times (every 15mins) for updates while thier response was "the driver is 30 minutes away". No fault to the driver as he was dispatched from another company and he was great and communicated well (FiveStar Towing). So PDQ Towing are third party and should be avoided. I recommend anyone in the Pima area make a call directly to 5 Star and skip the hassle and upcharge. Lesson learned!

Parkers pdq Towing Company provided excellent service when I needed to tow my car after an accident. The driver was very friendly and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
