Emailed these guys Nov 6 asking for insurance information due to them damaging my vehicle. They dodged me until Nov 22. The GM calls me today after his internal review saying they won't cover the repair because the circular dent in the center couldn't be them because their tow trucks have diamonds, and not circles, stating it must be from before. What a clown. Update 4/2/24: These clowns don't even have insurance or they simply refuse to respond. Either way, avoid this place at all costs.

Took my car from the bowling ally. Left over night after the music box. Came everyday and stayed in contact with businesses. It was getting worked on by shop in parking lot. Dodge Magnum

Caught them before they were gonna take my car to the yard. He offered that he would take my car back since we were closer to home he gave us a deal $100 and he would drop it at my house. He goes to the house we wait 40+ minutes for him to drop it to get processed confirmation after we sent his boss the $100. Called the police and he immediately dropped the car. This place is a big scam and dont trust it whatever you do dont let them bribe you into giving them your money if youre being towed.
