Canyon loop trail is a moderate 2 mile loop crossing 5 washes 3 are running now. Great for a picnic with family by the water or a fun run/walk. If you are feeling adventurous and start early morning 6am , I recommend Romero pools. It takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach the pools ( slow hike) but once you get there, you will feel like you have reached a slice of heaven with clear cleopatra pools, cold water for a dip before the 40 minute return. It's steep going up. No dogs . Easy and fast coming down.
