We had a emergency situation and needed a tire quickly and they got us in and out quickly. Thank God for them. We made it to our dr appointment with 15 minutes to spare and I would recommend these guys to anybody. Great and quick service.

I had warranty work done recently and it was a big job! Prior to that I had an oil changed a got new tires. While I knew that there was an oil leak per the dealership, they were not very helpful to say the least. This team was way more helpful and were able to pinpoint the leaks and there were no issues scheduling. They were also very familiar with working with warranty companies- so that process went smoothly. I highly recommend this shop if you want honest, hardworking mechanics to work on your car!

While visiting Tuscon I noticed a grinding when I braked. I called Big Brand and explained I was from out of town and was delighted when they agreed to do a brake inspection only minutes before they closed. They informed me that my brakes needed to be replaced and quoted me $575 for the front brakes and roters. That was very high for me but I wasnt sure if it was normal for Tuscan prices. I asked about if just the brakes could be replaced and the guy was adamant that both needed replacing. I was uneasy so I went the next day to Big O Tires. They looked at my brakes and took off my tire and informed me that my brakes did NOT need to be replaced. I wanted to make sure so they showed me that sure enough- I had plenty of brake pad left (which made sense b/c my brakes werent that old and Id had my tires replaced days before and the tire place had not said anything about my brakes) If I needed my brakes and Roters replaced- Big O quoted me $375 ($200 lower than Big Brand) for the same service!! But the grinding- it was a rock. And after Big O legit took off my wheel in a real inspection- it stopped. Big O was awesome and honest and really my previous experience with them at other locations is why I went for a second opinion. I cant understand if Big Brands were intentionally dishonest (and overpriced) or incompetent. Im not sure which is worse. Not being able to tell if I had brake pads or lying about it. Either way- if you feel that something they tell you seems wrong- check elsewhere!!
