I worked there for 2 days and wish I did not take the job. I was under the impression that I would recieve a payrate of $15 after speaking with Anthony. But the following day he informed me that there is a probation period ($14) which is coo but I was unaware of that. So I quit on that princiable alone even though I need the job. Pros they will hire. I think they will hire s- offenders because they are too cheap to do backgrounds checks. They make millions but afraid to invest in thier laborers and benefits for them. Cons no benefits and expectations for the job other than build those cell trees. If your desperate or s-offender you are guaranteed a position.

It is hard to imagine that a company can operate and function in the U.S in this manner. It is sad that anyone would do business with a company like this. The employees are treated like they are in jail and do not have any benefits. Considering they are working in toxic chemicals and working in the Arizona Heat, 115 degrees in the summer is easy. I could potentially write a book about how horrible this business is. It feels like this company could be based in Mexico by the working conditions! Probable why a such small company has a high turnover rate, that could be an indicator itself.
