I have been a patient here for about 5 years, I hadnt been in to the office for about 2 years. They recently are partnered with Brident. Staff was nice as ever, super
Caring. Same hygienist as before, same dentist. Great place!

If you like being upsold on treatments and products you dont need, this is the place for you. My first appointment was as expecteda consultation and standard cleaning. Came back for my 6 month cleaning and in just 6 months my teeth had progressed to having gingivitis/pre-periodontitis. They suggested getting GumX trays that interestingly enough they had prescribed my husband at his previous appointment. As I went to check out, everyone in the office said they were on GumX. Odd. On my way home I decided I did not want them so I called the office to say I do not want the treatment. Especially since it costs over $1,000. Weve been dealing with billing through the office since September, almost 6 months now. Andy and Jackie constantly tell me they are in communication with corporate and its being taken care of but I keep getting statements and collection notices with the same amount. Since then, Ive found a new dentist, who also said I have a mild case of gingivitis. Did a cleaning, suggested some changes to my daily routine including flossing technique and a basic electric toothbrush and my gingivitis is gone. I do not trust medical staff that are just trying to get commissions from their partnered products lines.
