We previously contacted two other pool companies and one blew us off and the other one came measured and never heard from them again. Third time was a charm. We contacted Pioneer for a pool surface redo(ours was we figure 26 plus years old). Bruce came out on a specific date, he came on said day and time. He measured, showed us pebble samples and tile samples and suggested a deck restain as well to go with new pool look. They got back to us two days later with a bid. They are very responsive, reasonable. We love how each crew comes out does their work and leaves the area clean. Grant would call with start days and what was happening. This is a very organized, friendly, knowledgeable company. Only two small issues, they punctured two holes in our spa cover and broke some landscaping pieces. We wouldn't use any other company for pool remodeling, sorry we didn't do it sooner. Other companies were not interested in rehabilitating our pool--it was too far gone. But Pioneer did a beautiful job. They installed all new equipment, discovered and repaired a hole in the gunnite, installed a beautiful new pebble surface and tile, and made sure that our cracking exterior walls were completely redone. They were extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Our pool looks amazing.

We had our pool replastered with pebble tec and new tile. The job looks fantastic!! Dealing with Bruce and Dane was a real pleasure. They walked us through the whole process and made sure we knew what was going on including time tables. They are very professional. We had a couple minor issues, which is to be expected on a job of this size, but they were handled with with no complaints or delays. Thanks guys for a job well done! Sincerely, Kent

I went online to do a YELP REVIEW and it took me back to your old location on Grant.  your new location.Almost 22 years ago we had our Oro Valley house built by Richmond America and my wife and I contacted Lee at Pioneer Pools on Grant Avenue in Tucson. We contracted Pioneer Pools to do the job. With our backyard the way it was designed they came up with a game plan and designed what would fit. Great Design.We have used them ever since we moved in on Jan.2, 2001. Several years ago we contacted them to clean our tiles around the top of our poor. This was another great job done by Pioneer Pools. Most recently we had our pool tested the water turned dark green and after several tests, we found out the only way we can get it back to normal was to have the pool completely drained. Again, we contacted Pioneer Pools which has moved to its new location. Bill Winters, contacted me and said they would be out but it would be about two weeks. Yes, they kept their promise and two weeks later they showed up and start the process to drain our pool.They hooked up the hoses to the pump and drained the pool overnight and the next day Bill and Tom were back to chlorine wash the walls and base and start filling the pool. The following day they were back to add the chemicals, set the filter, and float.I want to thank Pioneer Pools and Bill and Tom for a fantastic job and is very professional along the way.  Next time you need service done contact Pioneer Pools, Tucson.The Boorse's
