Cattletown Steakhouse & Saloon

Ordered a lobster, it was spoiled. I sent it back and instead of offering me something else, they said they took it off the bill. I left hungry! Very poor customer service!!! Your waitress lied, she never offered anything else! I also did not eat 3/4ths of it. I had 2 very small bites, only took a second because I thought the butter was racid. Very sad that you can't admit that it was bad. You do realize I was not the only person at the table.

Loved it! Our group of 20+ were very well taken care of by our waitress that had been there for 8 years. She handled the crowd beautifully from refilling drinks and water to clearing the table and handing out checks. Cash and charges had a different price. I was amazed at how much food was on my combo plate. The cod fish & shrimp came with a side and salad The batter on the fish and shrimp was delicious I certainly recommend this hidden Gem On the corner of Country Club and Drexel. We had to go there again. It's a lot of food ! Anna was our waitress and was very personable and accommodating.
