They were able to diagnose a skin condition I've dealt with for nearly the last 6-7 years. I am no longer in constant discomfort. They believed me and helped me. That really means a lot to me.

The alignment internally needs drastic improvement along with customer service. It took phone calls every week for 5 weeks to finally get my 1 of 2 prescriptions filled. Its now been 6 weeks since my appointment and Im awaiting the nurse practitioner to still call in the other prescription. I was having issues changing insurances and I was told I would be contacted by the nurse practitioner to resolve as the front desk could not assist. I have been waiting two weeks with no call from the nurse practitioner. I called again and I am still waiting to receive a call back. I was considerate having to wait a week or 2. However 6 weeks (almost 7) and having to call more than 5 times is absurdly unprofessional. Either they are drastically understaffed or they are dysfunctional between front of house and back of house. In addition, I had to confirm 3 times that my insurance was changed. I spent 3 phone calls relaying the insurance information over and over with no change. I have no doubt the staff is talented. The amount of energy spent on the phone with folks for straight forward needs and requests should not have occurred. I would shop around for an alternative dermatology office.
