I really enjoyed my first facial with Patricia and just requested a second appointment. Ive never experienced such a gentle extraction as I did with Patricia. Shes been doing this quite awhile and shares her knowledge freely.

Patricia is very knowledgeable and professional, so welcoming and pleasurable to talk, she genuinely cares about your skin and gives valuable advices. Love my skin after visits to her!

I would give her zero stars if it were possible. I bought a Groupon voucher to get a facial about 3 weeks before Christmas, because I want to look good during the holidays, and called and called and called, left messages and she never returned my call until about the end of January. I had my facial and just because of that kind of customer service, I will never return with her and do not recommend her either.

I'd give this women ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! Worst experience I've ever had trying to support local business. We purchased this Groupon deal to receive services. It was 1st off hard to schedule an appointment with her and finally my wife went and drove 30minutes to go to her appt at 1:30 pm and Patricia never showed up. My wife left at 1:55 after waiting in a lobby and right away we contacted Groupon. Once I spoke to Groupon, it turns out she is a thief. She redeemed the Groupon and texted my wife that we didn't cancel within 48 hours but it was a no show on Patricia's end. Groupon confirmed she redeemed it at 1:59 and tried to steal money for services she not once performed because she never showed up! She was the most unprofessional business owner and I hope nobody does business with this women. Do not provide this women business because she will come back with some snooty response and always blame it on her customers. Worst ever
