Had two deliveries now delayed. The first one was a week late and when shipment arrived driver stated he went from CA to PHX, AZ driving past my location to Dallas TX then back to me in Arizona. The second delivery the trailer was sitting in PHX Arizona for three days then heading to my location two hours south east and made it to their local hub in the evening. The shipment will sit untouched all day and then unloaded and reloaded onto another truck in the evening and supposedly delivered six days late. They have to come up with a better system on delivering and keeping delivery dates as promised. Fast forward two weeks later and another shipment promised April 23, 2021 still has not arrived and delivery date is now April 29, 2021 which has changed three times since April 23, 2021. Only reason we are using them for right now is we still have some shipments under contract, once delivered we are done. ***Happened again to us, we had a shipment of products needed picked up on June 27, 2021 in California with a initial delivery date in Tucson Arizona of June 30, 2021, didn't happen. Checked the PRO shipping tracker on August 2, 2021 and stated the trailer was in Phoenix Arizona and would be shipped August 3, 2021. Checked the same PRO shipping tracker August 3, 2021 and the same trailer is still in Phoenix Arizona with a now ship/delivery date of August 4, 2021. This is at least four times when the promised ship/delivery dates have not been met.

They took over a week to pick up my freight shipment. They gave me the run around 2 days in a row and had me waiting for them to pick up. I should of canceled then and there. Once shipped, they lost $500 worth of equipment off my pallet. Currently dealing with the claims department. Just avoid all the hassle. Pay a little more for a reputable company. Nothing but rejects work here
