This is in regards to a manager named Julie. She was very disrespectful to me, called me names and called me a scumbag.
We have been a customer for about a year and we are on vacation in Tennessee. Our card was fraud and we ended up getting a new card which took us off auto pay and we get a call from a manager stating that we missed a payment and we tried offering paying it over the phone. They would not take over the phone the guy said we could come back in on the eighth And make the payment in person with no late charges manager, Julie called me and told me Im gonna be charged late charges and she cannot take a card over the phone. She was very rude to me. She started getting impatient and started calling me names and started calling me a scumbag and I stated when I get back, we will go ahead and pay the bill and the late fees and I will go ahead and remove all my belongings to another storage company which we plan on keeping our stuff in storage for another year and this lady obviously doesnt care about having business for a company She works for also treating a loyal customer with respect, I would highly recommend if anybody reads this review do not use this specific location or this place I would recommend looking elsewhere
Also we did have another incident a few months ago when we were getting in the storage and she came by on a go kart and question us, and then our kid was being loud and having a tantrum at the moment she pulled up. She turned around and asked us to shut our kid up. I cant believe shes even a manager and responsible for a place like this
