Very clean, and well-run storage facility, Sarah, the manager was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great security and indoor, climate controlled units.

I have been a valued customer and been with the storage for over 7 years. Never had an issue with this company. I love this place so much to where I had refer few people here. The gentleman I think was or is the owner Im not sure was always nice to us and another lady. But, today was the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. No one should treat their customers the way I was treated. I spoke to a lady name Sara who states she is the manager who was rude from the start. Very argumentative, and lies. She would say one thing then something else. I was returning the rental truck and I was told I was going to get my deposit back. Well she lied to me. Then, she yelled at me, and try to slam the door on my body as I told her allow me to take pictures inside because she kept writing me up for petty stuff. I didnt trust her. So she told me okay at first then as I was taking photo she shut the door on me. I had to tell her to stop and ask her what was wrong with her then she laughed at me. I asked to speak to her manager and to have someone to call me. I hope by putting this statement does not retaliate against how I was mistreated. No one should be treated this way. She has no customer service skills at all. I would like someone to please call me to discuss this further on what else I did not mention what she has done. I rather try and reconcile this with someone. I just need this to be resolved and sense she refuse to allow me to speak to a manager above her I had no choice but to write this on the review which I tried my best not to do and want to resolve it with someone. I dont know no other way to have someone to speak to me or how to resolve this. I am very upset how she handle this and why would she even treat a customer like this and plus not give me my deposit back as promised.
