ADT Security Services

***PLEASE READ*** This company does NOT care about your security or saving you money! There is so much Ive gone through, that I will not bore everyone with but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The sales associates LIE 100% because they are given commission for every OVERPRICED piece of equipment they sell you! PLEASE do yourself a favor and just grab some cameras from Amazon or something and save yourself from getting screwed or at least find a company that cares about your safety and not just your money!

I signed up but before my items arrived that I had to d my self, my husband went with another company cheap and better. So I called them after I got my items which was 5 days later and told them I went another way and they said no problem and I sent everything back in opened. I thought I was done with them but its been 4 months and they still are taking money out of my account every month and this last month they took out 4 different times @20 a pop. Every time I call them they cannot find my account they cant find anything on me. I still take money out of my account do you not repeat do not go with ATT all they do is screw over

Your salesman has come to our house twice. I hope today was the last time I see him. I have bought and sold ten houses but this guy insists that "they should have told you at the closing that you should call us." I have never been told such a thing at any closing. That is not the business of a title company. Then he claimed that since I paid so much for the house and live in "this neighborhood" I should have security. I do have security. The entire house is wired. Tell him his high pressure pitch won't work here.

Stop. Coming. To. Our. House. Literally 5 times you guys have come out, usually during dinner. Every single time we have told you no. We have even talked to the manager and told him that we are not interested. Stop coming to our house.

I bought a new home from DR Horton in Tucson, AZ They use Safe Haven Security that work with ADT. I have had the worst customer service that I wanted to cancel but they would not let you out of the contract with out paying 75% of it up front. I called because the alarm went of and the customer service rep on the phone would not help me with the pass word, they said it had to be sent via US mail in about six days. The police can to my home and my wife had to deal with them coming in and making sure that we were the owners. I have call for service they did not have mgrs. that can answer the phone and six weeks later i received a call. For the $56.00 dollars I pay monthly i would not recommend Safe Haven Security to anyone in Tucson. How DR Horton Homes used that company I don't know but i would not use or tell anyone i know to use them. The service that you will get is horrible and all they are after is for you to sign a contract so they make you pay. The alarm goes off all night long and the cameras have to be set to no movement so it wont go off. I know that in Tucson they have better companies that have security service that are much better. Again I would tell everyone not to do business with Safe Haven Security in Tucson if you want good service because they don't have it.
