    This company on Olsen Ave, Literally had my mother drive home in a car with the intake manifold disconnected, many components disconnected and a fuse for the speedometer in the wrong spot. Very disappointed in this company and will never return. Oh they said it would be a 2200$ fix. I fixed it in 2 hours 0$

    I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I just had my interlock installed last week, which I paid $125 at the site, and paid $75 over the phone just to set up the installation appointment. One week later, today, I see that I already had a balance of $110 right off the bat due immediately, which the app pretty much gives you not even half of the description of the charges, much less the telephone system. You will be charged for the parts being "shipped" to the site, but they won't tell you that you'll be charged for that, along with other things they will charge you for but not tell you. I don't appreciate that they don't tell you; you'll find out when you get that big bill. Customer Service is hard to get a hold of, and when you do get a hold of them, they're from India and you can barely understand them so it can be very frustrating and confusing in understanding what's going on. Also, they pretty much refuse to transfer you over to the billing department, so good luck with talking someone from billing. The agents that help you thru the process seem very nice and helpful at first, but once you are officially signed up, they will no longer contact you, reply to you, and when you call ANY of their numbers, you will no longer be able to contact them as it will automatically recognize your number and not let you talk to any of the agents that "helped" you. You will have to use another phone or number if you have an app for ya, to be able to talk to them. Even then, they won't be of any help. I don't recommend this company, too many secrets and hidden fees. Unfortunately, I'm already signed up, so I'm screwed. I will do my best to get that early "release" from this tortuous company half the time that I'm supposed to have it installed for so I no longer have to deal with this injustice. Oh, and be careful with the autopay, as they will automatically turn it on your account without any option to turn it off and possibly charge you ridiculous things without your knowledge.

    Has to be the worst experience ever.I have had to pay $75 for each time the device sais violation when i have done nothing wrong. I have had to pay this 5 times in the last 2 months. And after calling customer service they said that i have to go get lock out taken off for the violation (wich i have no idea why it happened) and then call to get the $75 waived and in the 5 times they always come up with some excuse and never take the $75 off. Customer service rep said that my device showed me an error message at 3:00 .M . which i was asleep at the time. I guess they expect you to sleep in your vehicle or something. This is not a trustworthy company all they do is take your money for no reason. Trying to get a hold of an agent not customer service who i can barely understand and they only get frustrated when you are telling them you did nothing wrong their answers are very dismissive and all in all they are no help. Unfortunatly cant get them to switch out my device for a new one and to change providers they charge you like $200 to remove the device so we are pretty much stuck. This company needs to really do something about how their devices work and how their whole system is set up becauae this should be considered fraud. My advice dont use this company.!!
