I paid extra money to have lifetime warranty. I called them last year and this year to come and inspect the roof as we agreed. They were to make repairs if needed. I had to get up and do it myself it leaks in multiple places, and it is one year old. Since the son took over the business, all they care about is moving on to the next job and to hell with the business they already booked. I have had to send my neighbors, 5 so far, to other companies. You should too.

They did a great Jon on my moms roof and came out when there was a leak. Since then they have not returned over 10 Voicemail and email messages to them asking a question about the roof to make sure that the warranty is not voided they refuse to respond no matter how many times we called doing more work on the house and need to ask them a question but they dont have the desire to take care of their existing customers Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
