My mom-in-law called numerous places and got answering machines (that nobody ever called back) and when she called Blue Mountain she actually talked to real person! When she supplied them with an email address she got the estimate within an hour! The next day they came out with the contract and within 10 days they came out to do the work (took old shingles off and new ones on). They were professional, polite and left the place cleaner than when they showed up. She says you couldn't even tell they had been there. Highly HIGHLY recommend! Service: Roof installation

Blue Mountain was terrific. They responded in a couple of hours, and Monte came the next day and checked out the roof and gave me a quote. Only had to wait a week and a half. Good thing too because the monsoon came to Oro Valley full force. The crew were very respectful of us and the property. Very, very pleased with the job and the service . The work performed by Blue Mountain largely consisted of roof replacement for 2nd floor, both 2-car and RV garages, and removal of old cooler. My feedback about Blue Mountain: - Very Responsive, someone was in the office to take calls and set schedules for estimates. This was huge, as several other local roofing companies would take several weeks to return a call. - The estimator was prompt and knowledgeable about the work being requested. - The estimate was timely, reasonable, and competitive. - The team arrived promptly as scheduled to start work. - The team was courtesy, friendly, and focused on task at hand. - The roof work was finished as promised on 5/20. - Supervisor (Monty) promptly addressed my requests to remove an old cooler and he focused on resolving problem roof areas. All problem roof leak areas were resolved, something that we had been dealing with for years. - Photos of new roof were taken and provided to customer as requested. - We were very pleased with the level of communication and the desire to do a high quality job. Overall, Blue Mountain Roofing LLC did an outstanding job. We highly recommend this company for any future roofing needs. Since my home roof project, we have used Blue Mountain for two other roofing projects, and each time the work done was top quality, reasonably priced, and completed as scheduled. Absolutely Hands Down a 5 +++ review from this very pleased female homeowner. I just had Blue Mountain Roofing finish a re-roof for me which included a necessary upgrade: an underlayment layer of PolyGlass TU Max. Replaced fascia boards as was necessary due to rotting wood. Stucco was replaced where these boards attached to my home. You cannot tell where this starts & ends. Beautiful! That clean. Blue Mountain was very competitive in their bid. I had already had 4 bids. Being the last; however, I chose them due to Hernan's most thorough inspection, professionalism, & education about this process. He truly cares about what he does for a living- and it shows. This was evident by everyone involved. Tony & his crew were professional, courteous, always working & took care of my property leaving as they found it each day. Never loose debris or nails found at the end of eaxh day. Upon completion, Monte arrived by appointment to inspect final workmanship, make sure that all looked well on my roof & that I was satisfied with their work before collecting final payment. Monte, Hernan, Mark, Tony & his crew ABSOLUTELY exemplify nothing short of what should be expected by anyone when hiring a contractor to work on your property. I want it known- Blue Mountain Roofing took care of my home just like it was their own property. They were able to move up my re-roof by one week & thankfully so. Monsoons hit right after they completed my roof. This is not my first experience with a roof repair or a re-roof. I don't want to work with anyone else in the future & would recommend Blue Mountain Roofing to any of my family, friends or neighbors. I feel this strongly & this is my very first google review. I had a leak over my kitchen during a monsoon storm and called BMR. The next day Monte showed up and did a full inspection. He was polite and funny and easy to talk to. After inspection they determined I needed new underlayment for my cement tile roof. They advised removing my existing tiles, placing 2 new layers of underlayment, and replacing my tiles. After reviewing the estimate and realizing how much money was saved by not needing new tiles, I signed up. Was initially told it would be about 3 weeks, but with an opening in their schedule they started work in 4 days! The crew worked hard and got the job done much quicker than I had hoped for. They cleaned up after and the roof looks great. No more leaks! I would trust them to do the job they tell you they will do. Great job, and a big thanks to Blue Mountain crew.
