Could have been better without nails through the new plywood. This was in multiple areas. Was underbid, then asked for another 3k but had the right amount of material without buying anymore..... I question two coats of cool coat for sure, you can see black underneath. Quality lacks. I am not impressed but the roof shouldn't leak for 3 years. Is this the best quality work? Probably not, but it got done and the roof won't leak. Clean up wasn't 100 percent. Left a big piece of tar paper by my car. 3-12-24 Why would you want someone to come and fix things when it should have been done right the first time? They didnt do it right the first time. Not supposed to use nails on roof jacks. Owners been doing things for 20 years so using old out dated roofing isnt ideal. If I had to do this over again I would have gone somewhere else.

Good price but warranty is not to good the person who inspected my roof didn't give a good description of the issue I asked him to describe what he saw . He was polite

On time, no extra charges beyond estimate and contract, no surprises, and very very good at communication. I could not recommend higher!

My sister and I recently had our mom's roof (elastomeric) redone by Durazo's Roofing. We are very happy with the work they did, as well as being able to accommodate our schedule. When we did have questions and concerns, we called the company and the owner, Mr. Durazo, came out to the house early the next morning to check the work and answer all of our questions before the final coats of elastomeric were applied. Their quick response to alleviate any concern we had, as well as their kind staff and willingness to be accommodating, will always be something that we are grateful for.
